Shipping Rates

• Flat Rate Shipping: $6.95

• Free Shipping: Orders of $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Time

Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–5 business days after your order has been shipped. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Local Porch Pickup

We proudly offer free local porch pickup.

If you select Local Pickup at checkout, you will receive an email when your order is ready. Orders are typically available for pickup within 1–3 business days. Please wait until you receive your pickup notification before arriving.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Fawn & Mallard Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Fawn & Mallard Co. is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damaged packages caused by the carrier. If your package is lost or delayed, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier first. We are happy to assist you if additional information is needed.
